Chapter 1 — General Provisions (Articles 1–23)
Establishes the Constitutional Court as an independent judicial body, sets its seat, legal status, five-judge composition, appointment process, qualifications, tenure, immunity, removal and staffing, and defines its jurisdiction. That jurisdiction includes review of federal and Federal Member State laws, constitutional interpretation, constitutional-rights and public-interest claims, intergovernmental and federal-institution disputes and proceedings concerning impeachment of the President.

Chapter 2 — Constitutional Proceedings (Articles 24–28)
Applies the civil-procedure framework to Constitutional Court cases, regulates the legal effect and publication of judgments, judicial recusal and challenge, constitutional-compliance proceedings and the forms of judgment and remedy available to the Court.

Chapter 3 — Miscellaneous and Final Provisions (Articles 29–35)
Authorises rules of court and governs quorum, majority decisions, public or closed hearings, interim orders, contempt powers and the Court's annual budget, then provides for commencement and use of the existing judicial framework where the Law is silent.
