Chapter 1 — Introduction (Articles 1–3)
Establishes independent anti-corruption commissions at federal and Federal Member State levels, defines corruption and related public functions and states the objectives of preventing and combating corruption, protecting public assets and strengthening integrity and accountability.

Chapter 2 — The Commissions (Articles 4–25)
Sets the commissions' legal status, offices, duties, investigative and preventive powers, budgets, composition and member qualifications. It regulates appointment, tenure, suspension and removal, leadership, decisions, internal departments, reporting and the secretariat while requiring operational independence from political control.

Chapter 3 — Persons and Conduct Subject to Corruption Law (Articles 26–28)
Identifies public officials, persons performing public functions and other persons who may be prosecuted, sets rules for alleging corruption offences and extends adjudication to specified corruption conduct committed abroad.

Chapter 4 — Investigation of Corruption (Articles 29–37)
Regulates complaints and protected reporting, initiation and conduct of investigations and the Commission's powers to seek documents, examine places and persons and obtain financial information. It addresses unexplained assets, preservation and recovery of corruption proceeds and immunity for lawful Commission action.

Wuxuu nidaaminayaa cabashooyinka iyo soo-sheegidda la ilaaliyo, bilaabidda iyo fulinta baaritaannada iyo awoodda Guddiga ee helidda dukumentiyada, baaridda goobaha iyo dadka iyo dalbashada xogta maaliyadeed. Chapter 5 — Prevention of Corruption (Articles 38–47)
Requires an anti-corruption strategy and preventive measures across public administration and promotes public education, professional training, research, monitoring and cooperation with domestic and international bodies.
Cutubka 5aad — Ka-hortagga Musuq-maasuqa (Qodobbada 38–47)
Wuxuu waajibinayaa istiraatiijiyad la-dagaallanka musuq-maasuqa iyo tallaabooyin ka-hortag oo maamulka guud ah, wuxuuna dhiirrigelinayaa wacyigelinta dadweynaha, tababar xirfadeed, cilmi-baaris, kormeer iyo iskaashi lala yeesho hay'adaha gudaha iyo kuwa caalamiga ah.
Chapter 6 — Transitional and Final Provisions (Articles 48–51)
Provides for implementing regulations and Commission rules, resolves conflicts with the Criminal Code and Criminal Procedure Code in their favour, repeals inconsistent laws and provides for commencement.
